QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Tatilsepeti which is the Turkey's first tourism portal;

  • Briefly aims that vacationist can easily get detailed information about hotels, tours and also can compare prices by gathering travel agencies together,
  • Enhance itself every day,
  • In the sector, leading and reliable tourism brand providing service with 100% customer satisfaction,
  • Founded at 2002 and is a member of the Expedia Affiliate Network (EAN) that is network of the world's largest online tour operator since 2009,
  • Gathering acceleration its growth after taking investment from Bancroft Private Equity which is London-based investment company, also have a feature of first Tourism platform investmented by a foreign company in Turkey.

We are looking for talented and passionate CRM Segment Management Senior Specialist who will on the marketing department.    

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business
  • Minimum 4 years experience in CRM / Retention / Segment management
  • Experience of running data-driven digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in customer segmentation and customer analytics
  • Data visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView) experience
  • Google analytics, web analytics tools experience
  • Highly analytical
  • Customer oriented
  • Can do attitude
  • Highly motivated to learn, grow and make an impact
  •  Fluent English

   

 Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data, enrich Tatilsepeti database
  • Create intelligence from data, contribute to marketing strategy
  • Build meaningful and actionable customer segmentation
  • Create an engaging digital customer experience utilising personalisation and dynamic content at all touchpoints
  • Drive increased repeat purchase, cross-sell and upsell
  • Design and manage the loyalty program


Ownership and execution of all 1to1 omnichannel communication  

Design triggered communications around specific behaviours and key data pointsUtilise AI / deep learning algorithms; review technologies and explore new developments
