TCI currently design and manufacture aircraft cabin interior products such as galley, seat, lavatory, trolley, IFE systems, provide retrofitting and repairing services for Boeing, Airbus and world’s leading airlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering or related field,
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English,
• 5+ years of working experience in similar position preferably in Aerospace/Aviation Industry,
• Strong knowledge on EASA/SHGM Part 21 POA/DOA, Part 145 regulations and AS9100/ISO9001 standards requirements,
• Knowledge of Safety Management System,
• 3+ years auditing experience in manufacturing environment,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills,
• The ability to adapt to change quickly with a positive attitude,
• Ability to plan and work to deadlines and on own initiative,
• Team oriented and results-focused,

Job Description:

• Ensuring that the Quality Management System complies with the relevant EASA / SHGM Part 21, Part 145 regulations and customer requirements,
• Preparing, reviewing and updating all manuals, procedures and instructions in the Quality Management System,
• Preparing annual audit plan, managing and conducting the audits in accordance with the plan,
• Follow up the timely closure of non-conformances,
• Coordination of the external audits performed by Customers and Authorities, follow-up and closure of the identified non-conformances,
• Developing and maintaining KPIs and proactive participation in company continuous improvement program,
• Ensuring the management of processes, risks and opportunities and participating in risk analysis studies with relevant departments,
