TCI, the subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, was established in December 2010. The headquarters and manufacturing sites are located in Europe’s largest MRO Center, next to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport in Istanbul, Türkiye. 

TCI currently design and manufacture aircraft cabin interior products such as galley, seat, lavatory, trolley, IFE systems, provide retrofitting and repairing services for Boeing, Airbus and world’s leading airlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Electronics or Electronics and Communications Engineering, Master’s Degree is a plus,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English,
• Able to prone for team work, have representation and communication skills, can use initiative, have decision-making ability,
• Able to use electronic measuring devices and have the competence to interpret the measurements made.
• Experienced in electronic production processes and automatic test systems.
• Having knowledge of electronic materials and being able to read circuit diagrams.
• Preferably have received IPC or equivalent training.
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs effectively and have competence in ERP programs,
• Qualified in reading technical drawings,
• Having knowledge and experience about ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and/or EN/AS9100 Quality Management System,
• Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in the automotive, defense or aviation industry,
• Has process monitoring and coordination skills.

Job Description

• To ensure that receiving inspection, process and final quality control activities are carried out in accordance with quality control standards in IFE facility.
• To ensure and control that process quality control activities are carried out in accordance with quality control standards.
• Ensuring the coordination of customer expectations within the company and on the supplier side.
• To ensure planning with the customer and, if necessary, the aircraft manufacturer, for On-Site Control and First Product Inspection.
• Ensuring customer-aircraft manufacturer coordination and follow-up with On Site Support companies
• To ensure that the parts used and produced in production are process controlled according to the relevant part control criteria, that the quality control results are entered into the system and that acceptance approval is given if the product meets the required conditions.
• Conducting root cause analysis for recurring similar non-conformances, monitoring controls and attending relevant meetings
• To ensure that the inspection, testing and measurement instruments used in quality control activities and the tools used in the production area comply with the standards.
• Participating in periodic meetings and finalizing relevant actions
• Creating and updating relevant procedures, instructions or forms and coordinating with the assurance team.
• Ensuring that the expectations of Aviation Authorities such as EASA, DGCA and FAA are met.
