Toyota Boshoku Europe N.V has a vacancy in the Manufacturing Asset Management Department, as Mold and Die Buyer located in Adapazarı (Sakarya). 

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS and/or MS degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrics Electronics, Automotive, Manufacturing, Welding Engineering or other related areas
• 2-4 years experience  about one of or some of manufacturing tool commodities; Welding Jigs, PU Molds Injection Molds, Stamping dies
• Have experience with Japanese suppliers or OEM
• Automotive sector experience and TPS knowledge is an asset
• Have business understanding and affinity with automotive products
• Have basic finance and accounting knowledge
• Excellent command of English both written & spoken
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs (Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
• Eager to study and learn both technical & commercial items for continuous tool & equipment cost reduction
• Good team player, actively involve in teamwork activities
• Creative and proactive approach on problem solving
• Analytical thinking, strong reporting and organizational skills
• Ability to pay attention to details and meet deadlines
• Completed military service or booked for paid military service for male candidates
• Able to travel domestically and abroad
• Have driving licence and good driving experience
• Living or willing to live in Sakarya/ Kocaeli 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Involve all Commercial & Technical function pertaining to Pan-European TB activities for tooling & equipment related issues
• Achieve target tool cost with commercial & technical activities
• Focus on commercial cost reduction
• Find and evaluate new competitive tool-makers by considering quality and delivery
• Make appropriate supplier selection recommendations to senior management
• Focus on technical cost reduction by investigating part and tool design, tool specification
• Guide tool based part cost reduction activities
• Follow up market technologies and trends for both tool and part cost reduction
• Follow up schedule and budget for tools
• Support to Sales Department for tooling related issues
