Job Description

- Carrying out sales preparation, presentation and sales operations processes for customers,

-Using the resources offered to him in the most efficient way to achive sales,

- Organizing project tours in order to offer investment opportunities  for customers' expectations and budgets,

-Reporting the offers received from tours and projects visits to the management and CRM system,

- Planning and organizing the processes of receiving tax numbers and opening bank accounts with customers,

- Negotiating on behalf of the customer, protecting the interests of the customer and the company in payment and sales contracts,

- Entering the data to the company software and preparing a report on the details,

-Informing and guiding customers about the market,

Enabling customers to choose investments suitable for their assets and budgets,

-Fulfilling customer expectations completely by working in coordination with investment advisors, legal, after-sales and portfolio units,

General Qualifications

- Experienced in real estate investment,

- Fluent in Turkish or English 

- Experienced in sales,

- Effective communication and negotiation skills,
