Your Main Responsibilities

• Following the legal regulations on Occupational Health and Safety, putting the applications into use, organizing the necessary trainings
• Coordinating and implementing Occupational Health and Safety systems
• Prepare and development of OHS processes
• Performing risk analysis and monitoring necessary precautions
• Carrying out preventive studies to protect against occupational diseases
• Prepare and coordinate ergonomic risk analysis and taking necessary precautions
• Determination and follow-up of OHS targets, reporting
• Carrying out studies on lean approaches (5S, kaizen, etc.)
• Preparation of Occupational Health and Safety basic, briefing and instruction training documents and organization of trainings
• Providing and coordinating the use of personal protective equipment for the personnel
• Working in coordination with the workplace doctor,

Qualities We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree from engineering departments
• Minimum 5 years of experienced as a safety specialist
• Having minimum B Class Safety Certificate is required
• Experienced in occupational safety activities in large-scale warehouse, logistics and e-commerce
• Carried out preventive studies to protect against occupational diseases, has knowledge of ergonomics risk analysis
• Having knowledge and experience in lean approach and tools (5S, kaizen etc.)
• Experienced in preparing health and safety equipment
• Participate in incident investigations
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Has an analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Able to adapt and operate in a dynamic working environment and manage the business
• Preferably fluent in English
• Ability to travel and having B class driving licence.
