Your Main Responsibilities

  • Analyzing, planning and managing search activities that will ensure sustainable growth of our vendor
  • To provide performance checks of team members within a regular feedback culture and to follow development with training plans
  • Monitoring CRM reports and KPIs, planning actions
  • To follow and analyze the targets of all outsource call centers in the area of responsibility

Qualities We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor degree from related departments of universities,
  • Have a minimum of 2 years work experience (E-commerce experience is a plus)
  • Having an analytical mindset and result-oriented approach
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge), (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Experience in call center is a plusSolution oriented and proactive
  • Strong communicator and able to follow work effectively
  • This position includes specialist, senior specialist experiences

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
