Export Sales Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS;

• University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Civil Engineering,  Foreign Trade or relevant fields,
• At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer management,
• High level of analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to simplify of complex issues,
• Having a sense of detail and ability to take initiative and responsibility,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, additionally French or Russian language skills would be a plus,
• No restrictions to travel abroad,
• Valid driving license class B and active driver,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develops plans and strategies by coordinating with the manager to achieve the regional export sales target,
• Maintains regular contact with all international customers through customer visits,  demonstrations, and negotiations,
• Deals with existing accounts, prepares offers, obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedules, 
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature,
• Prepare and analyze reports for customer visits and sales meetings,
• Attends international exhibitions both as an exhibitor and/or visitor,
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions, preparing reports,
• Focus on market research, finding new customers, new markets, and new opportunities,
• Follows up on customer payments, ensures the financial debts are in accordance with the company’s and the customer’s accounts,
