After Sales Engineer (German and English Speaking)

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a both German and English speaking “After Sales Engineer” for our global client in elevator industry, which is located inİstanbul, Ataşehir.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Faculty of Engineering
• Min. 2 years experience, (elevator industry preferred)
• Fluent in both spoken and written German and English,
• Office Programs, Technical Service and After Sales Services etc.in TS-EN standards,
• Problem solving competency, to be open to learn, target oriented thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Forwarding all the feedback created by the customers on the system to the relevant departments within 3 hours, taking temporary action (Interim Containment Action) within 24 hours,
• Ensuring that these feedbacks are recorded in the system and followed up,
• Carrying out studies with the relevant departments within the scope of Root Cause analysis and taking permanent containment action,
• Classifying customer complaints and exchanging information with all departments within the company when necessary,
• Reporting existing complaints on a weekly and monthly basis, conducting studies in this context with the Quality Department,
• To comply with the notified Occupational Health and Safety rules and internal regulations.
• Determining rules specific to all quality process standards of ISMS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 1SO 45001.
