QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all export sales activities of organization and ensure achievement of all export sales targets.
  • Forecasting sales volume for various projects and maintain knowledge on all product range.
  • Builds and implements key account plans (business potential, contact lists, competition, value proposition and action plan).
  • Analyzing company export sales objectives, negotiate on prices to achieve sales targets, maintain knowledge on all competitor activities.
  • Maintaining all company export customers and perform regular visits to all sites.
  • Assist to prepare export sales budgets.
  • Develop all objectives and goals for market sales and net revenue for all export sales activities.
  • Design all required marketing and sales program and maintain knowledge on all competitor products.
  • Analyzing all market intelligence reports and identify all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient sales portfolio.
  • Collaborate with oother departments to analyze all export market activities and manage all communication with technical departments.
  • Follows up the orders, stock status, dispatching and payments of all the customers, monitors and organizes the sales process by working in coordination with planning, production and logistic departments.
  • Ensuring that orders are turn into offers on time by taking the opinion of the Planning Department, evaluating the customers periodically.
  • To notify the customers about the deadline, to open the order if appropriate, to follow the credit limits of the customer, to share the changes in the sales programs on time with the Planning Department.
  • Monitoring and collecting customers’ current accounts in the context of debt & receivables.
  • To find solutions to the problems that may occur in the shipments with the Logistics Department, to follow the shipments.
  • To conclude the credit limits of the customers positively and negatively and to keep them up-to-date, to follow up.
  • Follow all export market rules and regulations to mitigate all risks and design operations.
  • Supervise achievement of sales targets  and analyze customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies for them.
  • Support oversea exhibitions or sales marketing activities. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant departments of universities is a must; Mechanical Engineering Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
  • Must have Min 10 years of experience in export sales roles, especially in steel and metal industry.
  • Must have Min 3 years of managing export sales team. 
  • Good command of English.Proven sales achievement / track record in Export Sales.Wide knowledge in exportation, customs and shipping standards and processes.
  • Having strong analytical and communicationn skills.Strong team player, with high energy, disciplined and result oriented.
  • Male candidates must have completed military service and active driving experience with license B.
  • Who lives in Istanbul Asian side, Kocaeli, Izmit region, or willing to relocate.
