We are looking for an International Safety Management System Specialist for YILDIRIM Holding to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields (engineering or maritime-related disciplines)
• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Excellent written and spoken in English
• Experience with ISM standards is a plus
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to change and find creative solutions
• Highly motivated team player and decision maker who takes initiative in planning and organizing various work assignments

Key Responsibilities:

• Following the documents required by the ISM system that the company must comply with
• Ensuring the circulation of ISM documents between ships and companies
• Tracking of IMO DCS and EU-UK MRV requirements for fleet ships
• Follow-up of fleet ships' certificates
• Following and reporting new regulations regarding the ISM system and the sector
